⚠️ Note: We do NOT accept returns to our suppliers due to international shipping costs.


Return & Refund Conditions

- We want you to love your purchase! If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly issue a full refund or replacement.

- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

- For other reasons (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), we currently do not accept returns due to shipping distance.


Refund Process

- Once we confirm your issue, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

- Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 6-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

- Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.

- To request an exchange, contact us at ClothingShop.tw@outlook.com with your order number and issue.

- We will ship your replacement once your claim is approved.
