Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4 - 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

    -  Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

    -  Expedited Shipping: 5–9 business days

    -  International Shipping:  6-10 business days  (may vary by destination)

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 – 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes 

    -  Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers. We work with international fulfillment partners and products may ship from Japan, Vietnam or China depending on availability.

    -  We partner with carefully selected fulfillment providers to offer high-quality products at fair prices.

 

Clothing Shop is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Clothing Shop is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify us at ClothingShop.tw@outlook.com. with your order number and photos of the damage.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
